A little bit about Frenzy to Freedom

Born out of an abundance of overwhelming everyday tasks, Frenzy to Freedom expresses the creation of systems and standardization that free up time and resources. With an outside perspective and eye for efficiency, Frenzy to Freedom works with you and your team to gather a snapshot, analyze and plan for achievement of your goals.  We determine critical functions, ensure that standardization is in place to maintain efficiency and a consistent level of service or product, and identify new programs or procedures that take place of inefficient ones.  We find that extra hour in the day together.

Small businesses often have a clear plan for providing a product or service within their industry.  They are experts within their niche.  Often the systemization of how to provide that product or service is all that is needed to move to the next level.  With the help of Frenzy to Freedom, you can determine in a short period if process improvement, manual creation or adjustment of resources and tools can help you make it to that next desired level. 

Frenzy to Freedom not only stands for finding that extra hour out of the day, but it describes my personal commitment.  It describes my journey from a frantic life of meetings, deadlines, and accountabilities to a world of productivity and enjoyment.   

A little bit about me:

An adventurer and outdoor lover at heart, I have spent the last ten years consuming practices and techniques of small businesses and entrepreneurs.  I crave new information and have more passions for life than I often know what do with.  Unchecked, I would haphazardly wander the planet striking up conversations to gain insight and new perspectives on the world, searching for every new beautiful experience I could encounter.  Or I might be a food blogger, or a photographer or….you get my point….I have a lot of different passions.

I decided several years ago to simplify my life and live with stronger intentions, not just to move through each day going after the next challenge before me.  Though my passions are quite broad, the common denominator is that I want to do a lot.   Eat a lot.  Drink a lot.  Laugh a lot.  Paddleboard a lot.  Learn a lot.   Teach a lot.  I want it all and the only way to achieve this is to do it efficiently and effectively.  I constantly work to systemize my world and excel at taking big picture goals and prioritizing the everyday tasks to get there.

An ambitious person seeks growth and often has high standards for what they want to achieve personally and professionally.  They crave accomplishment and often have to-do lists miles long, that push them to constantly strive for improvement.  

Finding a work life balance is the key to success.  Business and personal goals have equal importance in creating productive and forward advancing services and products in our ever-changing world.  Planning and process implementation have much to do with making this a reality.  By operating with efficiency on a clearly defined path we allow ourselves to progress both our personal and professional lives simultaneously..
